Research Use Policy
F3 Biosciences intends to supply research materials solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, and scientific research, subject to applicable law and product-specific sales restrictions.
1. Permitted research purposes
Products are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, or scientific research activities where acquisition, possession, and use of the particular material are legally permitted.
Products are not intended for personal use, self-administration, human experimentation, veterinary administration, compounding, or incorporation into products intended for human or animal consumption.
2. Purchaser qualification
Purchasers must acquire F3 Biosciences materials solely for legitimate research purposes and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements.
F3 Biosciences may request information reasonably necessary to assess purchaser identity, research-use intent, and transaction eligibility. An order may be declined or canceled when the proposed transaction does not satisfy applicable requirements.
3. Required acknowledgment
Before an applicable order may be completed, the purchaser must affirmatively acknowledge the research-only status of the products and confirm the intended legitimate research purpose.
I confirm that I am purchasing these products solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, or scientific research purposes. I understand that F3 Biosciences products are designated Research Use Only (RUO), are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or therapeutic use.
I further confirm that the intended acquisition and use comply with applicable laws and institutional requirements.
4. Product eligibility and availability
Appearance in the F3 Biosciences catalog does not mean that a product is available for purchase or legally eligible for sale.
Availability depends on product-specific legal requirements, inventory receipt, documentation review, and internal release decisions.
Research-use labeling and purchaser acknowledgment do not independently establish regulatory authorization to market or distribute a product.
5. Product documentation
F3 Biosciences is developing Batch Vault™ to associate released inventory with available lot-specific documentation. Documentation availability may vary by product and lot.
Supplier-provided Certificates of Analysis are identified as supplier records. Unless explicitly stated and supported, these records are not represented as independently verified testing commissioned by F3 Biosciences.
6. No medical or veterinary guidance
F3 Biosciences does not provide dosing instructions, administration protocols, treatment recommendations, or advice regarding human or veterinary use.
7. Order review and enforcement
F3 Biosciences reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel a transaction when available information indicates that the purchase may be inconsistent with this policy or applicable law.
A purchaser's acknowledgment does not override any legal restriction applicable to the product or transaction.
